SHIPPING POLICY
Rei'a Esthetics ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.reiaesthetics.com/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement in order to protect each other and set expectations about our service.
1.Overall Subject to availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer us to process a refund.
2. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be charged with purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
4.3 Shipping time Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of order payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse is closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address For delivery address change requests, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 Shipping to PO Box Rei'a Esthetics will ship to PO Boxes only through postal services. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Shipping to Military Addresses We can ship to military addresses via USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Out of Stock Items If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out of stock items and ship the remainder of the order.
4.8 Exceeded delivery period If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so that we can carry out an investigation.
5. Track Notifications Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest available updates from the shipping provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit If you find a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
7. Duties and taxes

7.2 Import duties and taxes Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be paid in advance, without the customer having to pay any additional fees upon arrival at the destination country.

9. Safe Packages are insured for loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier service.
